Stage 01 · Sourcing

खरीद

First, We Acquire the Stone

We source directly from mines across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh. Each block is purchased only after a physical inspection at the mine — no stone leaves without our team's approval.

Stage 01 · Quality Check

चयन

Every Block Picked With Purpose

We work with multiple mines — no single source. Every block is checked for grain, colour, density, and crack lines before it is accepted. Only the best make it onto our trucks.

Loaded and Dispatched

Hand-selected stone blocks strapped and sealed. Every piece carries a unique ID — traceable all the way to the temple it will build.

Stage 03 · Arrival

पहुँचना

Welcomed Into the Yard

The stone reaches our facility — weighed, inspected, and assigned to its project. Every block is accounted for, from the moment it left until now.

Stage 04 · Arrival

पहुँचना

Welcomed Into the Yard

The truck pulls in. Stones are unloaded under shaded gantries, numbered, and rolled into the receiving bay — every block traceable back to the mine it came from.

Stage 04 · Catalogued

सूचीबद्ध

Catalogued and Stored

Inspected for grain, colour, and density. Each block gets a yard location and an assigned temple, ready for the cutting floor.

Stage 03 · Cutting

कटाई

One Block. Many Pieces.

Each block is cut into slabs of the exact size required for the temple — no larger, no smaller. Diamond-tipped gang saws slice through solid rock with a tolerance of ±1mm. What enters as a raw block leaves as measured pieces, each one assigned to a specific section of the structure.

Stage 03 · Output

स्लैब

Cut to Size. Sent to Carving.

Once cut, every slab is numbered and matched to the temple blueprint. Each piece is then sent directly to our master carvers — who already know what it will become. The chisel never touches stone that hasn't been planned for.

Stage 06 · Precision

मशीनी कारीगरी

CNC — Where Steel Meets Stone

Diamond-tipped 5-axis tools follow CAD-precise paths. Repetitive motifs, jali screens, and pillar shafts get shaped to ±1mm — faster, cleaner, exactly to drawing.

Stage 06 · The Human Touch

हस्तकला

Hand Carving — Five Generations of Craft

What machines outline, master carvers complete. Faces, expressions, the curve of a jali petal — the things no CAD file can name. Chisels passed down from grandfather to grandson.

Wrapped, Crated, Labelled

Every finished piece gets its own jute wrap and a wooden brace. Slab numbers and temple section codes are stencilled on the outside — so the carvers on site can rebuild the design, piece by piece.

Stage 08 · Dispatch

रवाना

From Our Hands to the Temple Gate

Loaded onto our flatbeds, escorted across India to seven states. The same family that quarried the stone hands it over at the temple wall — no broker, no middleman.
